Key highlights from my seven years spent at EY:
Studio Transformation & Leadership: Led the transformation of EY’s in-house design studio into a fully integrated, digitally focused creative agency, managing a team of over 30 creatives across various disciplines (writers, designers, developers, animators, filmmakers).
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Partnered with the Head of Creative Services to expand team capabilities, trusted by Partners and other stakeholders from strategy through to creative production.
Creative Leadership & Project Impact: Developed creative concepts for C-suite global events, enhancing the studio’s internal reputation and client base. Collaborated on an award-winning environmental campaign and elevated the film team to a world-class AV department.
Notable Creative Contributions: Led the creation of a business-critical disability and inclusion film ‘Exceptional people, exceptional outcomes’ for Ability EY and BMC Global's first animated marketing film.
Secondment to Purple Space: Assisted in shaping the brand identity for Purple Space, a prominent disability network, applying branding expertise to promote inclusion and accessibility.

As the Creative Director, I collaborated closely with the scriptwriter and animator to shape the film’s narrative and visual style. I also selected the final clips and provided direction for the sound design and to the voice-over artist.
The Future of Finance - Bespoke animation
For EY’s first marketing animation, I collaborated closely with the global brand team, scriptwriter, and animator to ensure every narrative and visual element aligned with the client’s vision. I also oversaw the final edit and directed the voice-over artist.
