Workshop: Photography as Storytelling

Photography isn’t just about taking pictures; it’s about seeing differently. This immersive, hands-on workshop explores how photography can be used to tell stories, spark connection, and shape the identity of a team, brand or institution.

  • Overview:

This dynamic, hands-on workshop introduces participants to photography as a powerful tool for storytelling, communication and brand building. Through creative tasks and guided exploration, teams will learn how to see the world differently—and to capture it with purpose.

Participants will explore core photographic principles such as composition, light, colour, portraiture and reportage, all while working collaboratively in small groups. The result? A curated body of images that reflect shared values, creativity, and the identity of your team or organisation.

  • Ideal for:

    1. Corporate teams looking to build cohesion and creativity

    2. Marketing, comms or brand teams in need of authentic visual content

    3. Educational institutions seeking innovative ways to explore photography, visual storytelling and a sense of place

  • Workshop Outcomes:

    Strengthened collaboration and creative problem-solving

Fresh visual content for internal or external comms

A mini photo exhibition or digital gallery for brand or institutional storytelling

New creative skills and a shared sense of achievement

  • Post-Workshop Possibilities:

Internal exhibitions for staff or student engagement

Brand content for websites, social media or recruitment campaigns
